FEATURE FILM (fully financed) Comedy/thriller filming in Dallas this summer, seeking producer

After 17 years of running a successful sound stage in Dallas TX, where I’ve produced and directed creative commercials, I’m (finally!) directing my first feature.

Titled Kill The Lights, it’s a comedy-thriller/horror about a low-budget horror movie shoot gone bad. Think Scream vibes for the “prestige horror” crowd with a little bit of Black Mirror thrown in for good measure.

I have my sound stage at my disposal - location, gear, cast, great crew and a DP I’ve worked with for over a decade and have an almost telepathic link with.

I’m fully financed (budget of $400K. Might raise another $100K but not counting on it.)

We’re filming in my sound stage this summer. Preliminarily scheduled for May 25th-June 19th.

Looking for a partner-in-crime. Aka, a producing partner.

Must live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and have line produced features in that budget range.
