Accounting Assistant/ENTRY LEVEL  - Encino Entertainment Accounting Firm

We are a business management, auditing, tax preparation Accounting firm in Encino. We are seeking a candidate with accounting experience who is computer savvy, very organized, has good energy and great follow up skills.   Great opportunity to learn many facets of accounting and grow within the firm.

Requirements include, but are not limited to: * Superb communication skills both verbal and written * Knowledge of Microsoft Office * Prior public accounting, film/TV production accounting experience a plus Tasks and responsibilities will include: * Invoice, Purchase Order and other data entry

 *Handling of the full accounts payable cycle * Preparation of journal entries * Bank reconciliations * Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues * Maintain vendor files

* Research projects and responding to records requests from CPA, tax authorities, business partners
