THEY'RE IN THE HOUSE is a micro-budget "backyard" home invasion horror film, shooting in and around Boulder Colorado in late June 2018. There will be approximately six shoot dates that we're looking to hire a recordist for. Prefer a one-person band who can boom op/mic/lav and mix themselves. 

Reply with rates incl. kit rental for 8 hour days. Shooting is almost all nighttime "days". Goes without saying, this is a local hire in the Colorado Front Range area.

A straight-up home invasion horror film, TITH follows Delia, a young woman struggling with anxiety, who believes her medication is causing the nightmares she has of home intruders. When she retreats to a solitary mountain home to recuperate, her worst fears manifest through a strange young man whose attraction to her leaves her in a battle for her life and sanity. 
THEY'RE IN THE HOUSE is a micro-budget backyard independent film, with a production budget of less than $8000. The crew is equally minimal, and the production is taking full advantage of the limitations to produce a voyeuristic work of claustrophobic paranoia.
Mining an ensemble cast of local talent, TITH is an up to date take on classics of the genre with echoes of John Carpenter’s best through THE STRANGERS and other icons of the 00s.
