NEEDING TO BUILD A SUPER TEAM AROUND THIS PROJECT. 

Title: “Chase”

Synopsis: 

“Chase” is a drama about a homeless little boy and his mother. They have ran away from chase’s abusive dad, and ever since they have ran into unfortunate event after unfortunate event. The mother goes off one day telling her son she will be back later but never returns. She has been prostituting in order to keep a roof over his head, but she wants out. She confronts her said “pimp” but he gets extremely angry and beats her half to death and dumps her body on the side of the road right outside the outskirts of town. But a mothers will to keep living for her child is what wakes Phoenix, she doesn’t know where she is but she begins to walk and walk trying to find away home, back to chase. His mom has always told chase if anything happens, to go to the coffee shop down the street, so he walks and walks until he stops right in front of a coffee shop he hesitates and waits outside where the owner sees him crying. She brings him in and feeds him and discovers this little boy and his mom’s circumstances they have endured together for the past six years. The coffee shop owner calls police and as they wait for authorities to show up they tell each other their life stories and get to know each other, and discover they are more alike than they anticipated.
