About the job

The Artistic Producer is a key member of the Artistic staff, a visible and vocal leader in the community,
speaking at donor, community, and audience events. In addition, the Artistic Producer is the
Administrative hub of the Artistic Department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manages the Artistic budget
• Lead on annual general auditions, creator and maintainer of actor database.
• Administrative support of the Artistic Department (this includes all paperwork and
computer work re: receipts, check requests, etc.)
• Scheduling support when needed for workshops, auditions, etc.
• Work with Company Manager on all offers.
• Manage rights requests on existing materials.
• Assist with online events as needed (Talk Backs, Hang and Focus, etc.)
• Communication/Leadership of all current Cohorts (our artistic engagement program).

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Excellent public speaking skills are a necessity
• Strong ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Excellent collaborator with cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Proven ability to manage changing priorities simultaneously.
• Success in managing complex and multi-faceted programs with the ability to drive
projects through to completion.
