I am an award-winning writer who has written for various names and well established brands throughout the past decade.
Having worked as a writer in the advertising, education, film, gaming, literary and television industries, I am now completely focused on following up my debut feature film, The Adored, by establishing myself in both the UK and the US as a film and television writer.
The Adored was released in Amrica in 2013 and then worldwide in 2014. It has so far won Best Film at the Durban Film Festival in South Africa and also earned three official selections in Wales, Germany and the US.
The project provided the perfect example for me to showcase myself as an on-spec writer as the brief was to write a micro-budget feature set in just one location using no more than four key actors. An additional challenge was that it was a crossover film, meaning it had to appeal equally to gay, lesbian and straight audience members. I also contributed to key decisions in location and casting.
In 2012 I also won a Gold Medal for an interactive app, titled Track the Ripper at London's prestigious Race for Apps competition.
I live in London, where I have been based for 12-years, and I am looking to work more in the States because I believe they have a much better infrastructure for film and television projects.
