I am currently teaching high school science on the leeward coast of Oahu, Hawaii and live in Makaha, Hawaii. The place where surfing was born. I love to write, travel, and photograph this beautiful world. It helps when you get to live in such a picturesque place. My dream job would be to be a writer/ photographer for a magazine, such as National Geographic. The world and it's people fascinate me, and capturing moments in time in the form of photographs and short films are my passions in life.
I graduated from the University of Georgia in 2001 with a BA in Geography, and then pursued my Master's of Art in Teaching at Piedmont College. I am also currently working on getting my thesis published in a book to be distributed internationally titled " Progressive Thinking in an Evolving World- Prevention is the key to LGBT youth suicides.
Unique traits: I see things from a very unique angle coming from the South's charm and character to the tropical islands natural beauty and allure. If one is to look and see the world through my perspective they will realize their eyes have never really been open.
