Director, editor, cinematographer and musician based in Vancouver. I attended Langara College’s Digital Film Production Program in 2008, and have since freelanced as a videographer/editor while continuing to direct short films and music videos. In 2014 I co-founded Off World Pictures with special effects makeup artist Carolyn Williams to pursue our interests in genre filmmaking, and to date have produced five short films as well as one co-production. Recent directing credits include 'Dancing in Ashes', produced for Cineworks’ Back Down the Highway anthology; documentary short ‘Rygo: The Shape of Shapes to Come’, a semifinalist in the GE Focus Forward Filmmaker Challenge; ‘The Sleep of Endymion’, one of ten projects awarded Telus Storyhive’s Music Video grant in 2015, and 'Ghost Can', 1st place winner at the Rio Theatre's 2016 Dead on Film festival.
Unique traits: Micro-budget and guerrilla filmmaking with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Final Cut Studio (Final Cut Pro, Soundtrack, DVD Studio, Motion, Color, Compressor) and skilled in all post-production duties (colour correction, ADR, foley, web delivery, DVD authoring, etc.).
