About Jordan

Born in London, Ontario, Canada to Italian parents, Jordan identified a passion for performance at an early age. He was cast as Matthew Cuthbert in Anne of Green Gables (1987) while only twelve years old, playing the elder father of the protagonist Anne. In high school, Jordan excelled in the drama program and turned down the opportunity to further his acting and writing abilities at a major theatre college program, instead opting to go to law school. Business and professional experiences followed, but his passion for acting and the theatrical arts was resolute.

Jordan honed his early performance work in lead roles in independent films and improv. Concentrating on feature film acting, Jordan challenges himself often against type. He did so to capture the lead serial killer role in Friend (2009), an independent short feature directed by Curt Thackery which generated local acclaim and was submitted to Film Festivals like Shriekfest and Sundance. His proclivity for complicated characters capable of varied range and emotion continued with his lead role in Makua Charley (2013), a dramatic thriller centered on Hawaiian mythology. The film was an award-winning official selection of the Big Island Film Festival and the Bare Bones International Film & Music Festival and received other festival consideration. Jordan followed this with a bit part in Cameron Crowe's Aloha (2015). He played two different maligning lead characters in The Gunman (2016). He's proven the rare ability to play the hero or the rogue, and brings texture and unique choices to each. He has roles in several upcoming features and continues to advance his performance work in various industry productions.

As a multi-hyphenate, Jordan continues to assert himself in entertainment production as an actor, screenwriter, producer, and as a published author. Jordan's first screenplay earned a quarterfinal placing at Creative Screenwriting's Expo Competition. A strong advocate of building community inside the profession and out, Jordan is active in many Screen Actors Guild Foundation programs.
