About Kristina

My name is Kristina Benshoff, I aspire to attain a position as a costume assistant, fashion stylist, wardrobe assistant and costumer as to pursue a career in the creative design field. I have been trained and gained extensive knowledge in the areas of garment construction, pattern making, draping, sewing research, and illustration.

I have a degree in Fashion Design and Fine Arts. I most recently finished working in the wardrobe department for Cirque Du Soleil's Kooza production. I assisted the head of costume with the daily preparation and repairs of the artist and performers costumes. This was my first experience working in a large scale theater production. Working for Cirque has sparked my passion for costumes and wardrobe. I am exploring costume and wardrobe as new career. I am willing to start at an entry level position so I may gain more knowledge and experience in this area.
