Laura Pirard

Laura Pirard

Actor, music composer and voice artist in Los Lunas, New Mexico

About Laura

I am 34, an actor, voiceover artist, boom operator, and composer living in New Mexico. My start in the the film industry was as a composer for short films in 2009. Since then I have scored numerous shorts, a snippet for a feature film, and a solo play that has been performed internationally.

My interest in acting began roughly nine years ago. After getting to act in one of the films I scored, I found myself addicted and began studying at Sol Acting Academy in Albuquerque to begin developing my skills. I continue formal study whenever I am able, but I strive to study on my own every day as well. I have since had roles in five short films and a lead role in an internet audio drama.

My current focus is on acting, though I do intend to work more in the composing realm again once I have updated resources. I can be found on Twitter @LauraPirard, Instagram as @laura_pirard, and my IMDB page can be found by clicking the link to the right.
