I'm an editing, storytelling, content-creating, problem-solving master. I'm also a natural-born collaborator who is organized beyond belief, and able to work under tight deadlines.

I founded Take Root Productions with the goal of producing videos that focuses on story to deliver an emotional impact. While studying production at the Bay Area Video Coalition, I not only learned all the technical skills and techniques, but also developed a process and understanding of creating “the story” that moves people. I'm a member of Muse's Master Storytelling Program, an ongoing educational series.

Before starting Take Root Productions, I worked for Numi Organic Tea, completed a Yoga Teacher Training in India, built and repaired bicycles at Eki in Honolulu, and am a graduate of Oakland's Women's Initiative Business School. I'm the founder of a decade old intentional community in Oakland, and founded the Meetup, "East Bay Tiny House Enthusiasts".
