I think that no. 5 is the most important. You have to do all the other points if you want to be successful, but you also have to relax and forget about everything you hardly exercised. All the exercises should become natural habits to you. As soon as you don't think about them anymore like that you HAVE TO do exercises or keep an eye on your weight and practice pronunciation, train your voice etc. and you do it like breathing, you will begin to relax and if you relax you will be in the right flow to reach your goal.
