I just found this DELIGHTFUL video of David Tennant and Michael Sheen doing a sketch with Comic Relief for charity. Who knew Comic Relief was still a thing?! I remember when Billy, Whoopi, and Robin were the engine for that organization.
In any case, it got me thinking - what sketch would YOU do for charity? Have you been practicing sketch comedy at a distance? SHARE BELOW!
That was fun. I have not acted since 90’s so not been practicing a sketch but if it was for charity would freely replay the sketches with Joan Collins and Leonard Rossiter Martini adverts. He accidentally hoses her with a drink in an aeroplane. (Which I once did on purpose, equal opportunities).
That would be fun, Debbie! And I feel acting is for everyone, just in various forms. My family started doing Murder Mystery birthday parties as a fun way to do virtual "in character" celebrations.

This pair can make anything a great masterpiece... even if it was one whole hour where they had to win try and win the love of a plush doll or even a pencil. Comic relief especially nowadays is quite a necessity.

No, Good Omens was the first time they acted together. Staged was completely brilliant, too. Watching them, you'd think they grew up together XD

Getting back to your original question, though, I love taking Shakespeare's plays and turning them slightly upside down-ish - Juliet as a tactical young person conniving her way out of a controlling household, Ophelia as a deeply thoughtful and intelligent creative, anything with Rosencrantz and Guildenstern. Beyond Shakespeare I started writing a retelling of Cinderella and performed a monologue from it outlining the Stepmother as the good guy. It's fab! (if do say so myself :))

Karen "Kay" Ross Freyja Seren (she/her) actually they both were in the 2003 dramedy adaptation of Evelyn Waugh's novel "Vile Bodies" - Bright Young things. I don't recall them having a scene together but they were both definitely in the film. David had a smaller yet crucial role

@Kate Dones was that the Stephen Fry film? I loved that! I haven't seen it in years. I think I have the dvd, I'll have to dig it out and rewatch.
