As a creative, I'd rather be in control of my own career, my income, my healthcare, and negotiate my own deals with producers.
IMO unions are becoming irrelevant.
I suggest doing some research on how they were started, and by whom (Johnny Rosselli maybe?)
The self-serving largess is forcing them to eat themselves.
Maybe it's time to wise up.
