There's an improv meet up that gets together pretty regularly, as well as a few improv troupes, but I don't know if any of them are accepting new people. I would check out the group on meetup.com, I'm sure there are people who would love to join you. I'm currently not in a position to add anything new, but if you start one I'd love to join some night as a guest.
I found out about one here while doing an improv show in New York. I have tried to contact them but with no luck.
I would love a chance at improv. It always seems like so much fun. I would be very interested.

Yes Abigail I am in philadelphia, but if something seems promising I may venture toward an opportunity.
