I really cannot recommend one, still in training myself but I have found spotlight (in the uk) has a book called contacts and in that book is a list of agents and casting directors and some of the agents/agency have websites. It is good way find out a bit more about them. hope this is useful for you.
The best advice I can give you from my experiences in this industry is to not worry about or even think about agents. Just get out and get working as an actor. All the top agencies that you are going to want to have represent you will not open their doors for you until you are something they can sell. And to be something they can sell you must be working. I understand you want an agent and you want a good one but the most successful way to do that is to get working. Go out and perform. No matter where it is, or what type of show it is - it can be a play, a movie, a short film, a feature etc… all of the above - just get working. They will notice and before you know it - you'll have your pick at whatever agency you want. That is how I got mine. That is how my friends got theirs and how every celebrity I know got their agents. :) Act act act get on with your acting. :)
Guys, thank you all for your precious advice. I really appreciate it. Great to be on the same boat together and it's wonderful to learn from you! Big thanks!!!

Network with Diane Messias, and also Nisch Patel: https://www.stage32.com/webinars/Screenwriters-How-To-Get-An-Agent-in-th... - he deals with screenwriters, but probably can point you where you need to go.
