1) Writers would improve there craft of writing from hearing from professionals like yourself on how to get there script better and assist them on there journey of getting that script produced, possibly with understanding your needs as an actor being attached to that script.
2) Actors would help improve there authentic, genuine and always improving voice and working on voice, tone and improvement in there craft of diversifying into different roles whether on stage or on the screen.
