Yeah, what are you looking for? We all need a graphic-arts programs to connect.

Artella looks cool, especially for students. The most active animation community I’ve been involved with is stopmotionanimation.com —admittedly stop motion only. There’s also forums for specific programs like Toon Boom where the users are animators.
Basically I’m looking to write music for their animations.
