Animation in maya

Good afternoon everyone!!

This 2020 I started making animation in Autodesk Maya, rendered with Arnold.

I found out after watching Steven Spielberg's animated film; Peter Jacks "The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn"

And this year as a result of the covid and staying home, as a distraction I started designing and animating in Maya.

The passion was so great that I was not going to sleep because I wanted to continue designing.

I still don't get very good animation from people, but I have discovered a place called rokoko that sell you animated animation for $ 1 (basic designs) and $ 7 (other complex designs).

some know a page of this style, or tutorials where to improve?!

Karen "Kay" Ross

Hey, Alejandro! How have you enjoyed Maya? I know a lot of people that use it for Video Games. Thanks for the suggestion on Rokoko! Never heard of it before, but it looks like it does mostly MoCap (Motion Capture) and VFX?

Alejandro Marello

Hello kay,

exactly, it's mocap.

They actually take the move through the suit and then sell those moves for $ 3 or $ 6.

"Autodesk Maya", (Of course, maya is also used for video games as a civilization !!) is the best in my opinion, along with the combination of other software "Autodesk MotionBuilder" I saw how they made the animation

"The Adventures of Tintin "Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson.

I was fascinated

I watched the users render with arnold and texturize with substance-alchemist. realistic and incredible results !!
