Is anyone aware of and knows what's going on over at Adult Swim/Cartoon network concerning management restructuring. Does this mean that any open slots in their programming will not automatically default to Family Guy? It's been very repetitive for decades now,..humbly. Would like to see some new content that is not new anime shows from overseas.

Most cable companies are eyeing content that will ultimately go to their parent company's streaming service. Adult Swim has a nebulas development process which didn't have open doors to pitching to even Cartoon Network employees, back when I was working there. They have invested heavily into Rick and Morty and Anime. But many producers would rather go straight to Warner Brothers or HBO Max with their content.

Adult Swim is, in my opinion, the weirdest content producer when it comes to standards and schedules. The Venture Bros. being the best example. As a writer myself, I appreciate creative freedom but at some point management has to reign in creativity and make it functional for a business.
