I've been seeing a lot of people listing their job as "crafty" what is this job? Is it craft services (food) or something else? i'm not familiar with this term as a job.

Yes "crafty" is indeed craft services, which is not just food though. They are also responsible for keeping things tidy around the set which almost all don't like and many don't even know about.
