Having done that show for the 45th Anniversary of Sgt. Pepper, I have been avoiding the Beatles in this 1967 And The Summer Of Lover series.
I cannot any longer, as one of the year's highlights took place June 25, 1967, on LIVE Television.
Anyone who saw it will never forget it!
That is the centerpiece of this chapter.
And virtually all the rest of it will have some sort of a Beatle connection, while keeping within the parameter of the chosen year, 1967.
This is a good episode, with things you may not have heard or even thought of in quite some time- and again, an authentic slice of what we were listening to in that amazing year for Music.
