What is the best day to release a film trailer?

Hi Stage 32'ers, not sure where to put this question? Is there a best day and time to release a film trailer online? Looking forward to your thoughts!

Usually Monday 9am Pacific, beginning of day for west-coasters and lunchtime for east-coasters, but it really depends on the set up. Build anticipation on social media for the trailer date. Post movie posters, actor's photos, etc leading up to trailer date. Then, within a week of trailer date, release an ambiguous teaser, enticing an audience. Run ads and push the teaser everywhere. Then, when the trailer is released, people will be wanting to see the trailer and will share it. You can piggyback off trending topics and events too, just not too big as to drown out the buzz of your project. Research and marketing go a long way to promoting a film project. Which day can vary depending on what else is going on, but I would avoid fri, sat, sun (and holiday mondays), as people are usually more involved in weekend plans.
