Read a Good Book Lately? : Mr Small, (Mr Men series) by Vasco Phillip de Sousa

Mr Small, (Mr Men series)

Yes, I know I've mentioned novels on this site before, like Zola, and Shakespeare, but children's books can also teach you a thing or two.

Mr Small, and Mr Strong, but have a problem. They can't find jobs they are suited for. Mr Small is too Small, Mr Strong breaks everything.

The thing is, while we all have special talents, we also have weaknesses. Sometimes, what seems like a weakness can be a talent. Sometimes, what seems desirable, an excess of strength, can take time to tame.

Mr Small and Mr Strong keep trying until they find something suited to them. Like the Ugly Duckling, they find where they fit.

That's nice. I thought a lot of this while working on my debut feature. On one hand its a strength to come in new with an Original idea and everything, on the other hand so many people turn you down because of that. Since a couple of months I have been taking work outside the industry more seriously, because it seems a better fit. People are more open and even, more creative than in film.

I meant they "both have a problem." Probably some other typos. Sorry.

Willem Lodewijk Elzenga I know what you mean by creativity. So many un-creative people pretend to work in film, or even find work in film somehow. I think it's killing the industry. I wish you all the best in your endeavors.
