The Eight Characters of Comedy: A Guide to Sitcom Acting and Writing by Scott Sedita

I just finished this book and found it to be very informative and helpful. Lots of great examples for comparison when writing your own characters, along with a bit of sitcom history and how comedy has evolved since the 50s.

I agree with you.

Paul Mahoney

Great book, I loved this one, with many great examples of different comedy character types.
