For visuals he is second to none, I personally think his influence on animation as a consultant really pushed the technology boundaries while changing the dynamic of "grounding" the camera on reality, from Wall-E to How To Train your Dragon. I also have a lot of respect that he did a labor intensive amount of non-paid work to make Oh, Brother Where Art Thou into it's final form. A favorite for sure!
