Hello Tom, I'm wondering, is it possible to collaborate at a distance, I mean, I live in the United Kingdom? I recently started to write lyrics, and found it relatively easy compared to writing scripts. However, I'm not sure what to do with them once they are completed! Do you have ideas? If I lived in Michigan, I'd definitely be interested in meeting you. kind regards, Kathleen.
At this point, I have two lyricists with whom I collaborate on song writer. They both live in New York State, which is 3 states to the east of me. I seldom see them in person, but we do a lot of work on the phone and by email. I should tell you that I often dicker with lyrics to make them more "singable" but I always get the approval of the writer before I start to create the music. If you would like to give this a try, send me a set of lyrics that you have completed and let me see what I can do with them. On completion of a song, I can send it you as an mp3 for your approval. tom@rasely.com
