Hello, Fellow Creatives! I would like to ask those of you in the South East of England (UK) who have created a film, how did you find your location? I'm currently looking for an interior space in Surrey for one day's filming with a very small crew (one cast member, myself, camera, costume and a few props, perhaps a blue screen) which would (ideally) cost nothing (or a minimal fee) in which to shoot a crowdfunding pitch/trailer for my latest project. My team and I have discussed various exterior locations but the problems of extraneous noise, etc., make that a less attractive option. I've searched online for locations but the costs are prohibitive...
Any advice/ideas anyone might have would be very much appreciated. Pretty much every location we've thought of so far has been unviable,, but I can't accept that there isn't somewhere suitable... we just have to find it!
