Hey friends! I hope all is well. I was just curious if any one has resources/advice on the format of a tv series bible? I'm writing a web series, and am new to writing "bibles".

we basically just read as many of those as we could find from all over the place and then found our own style a bit. We have - in previous pitch sessions - been asked where the idea for our bible format came from so be aware of that and realize you might need to answer that.

I have written a few series bibles already. In the EDUCATION section under WEBINARS there is one from last year instructed by Michael Poisson on how to craft a series bible. https://www.stage32.com/webinars/How-To-Write-a-TV-Series-Bible Beth lists some great resources! I also have the TRUE DETECTIVE first season series bible you can find via a Google search. I first learned how to write a Treatment and then the series bible. After you purchase the webinar, you can download it and watch it as many times as you want. I even took screenshots to have each slide up as I write the bible.
