Filmmaking / Directing : Would love advice on concept art and/or sample storyboards by DJ Travis

My business partner and I have a supernatural feature film project in development, plus part of an active campaign on Indigogo. It's an atmospheric ghost story set in New Mexico, so we're looking into getting some concept art done for the investor package, such as a sample poster and/or storyboards of key scenes. Unfortunately, we have a very small budget for this in our early stages, so I appreciate any suggestions as to finding an affordable artist. We're considering doing an art contest on our campaign to discover someone fresh and exciting. Has anyone done something like that and was it successful in finding talented artists?
