I finally have a break in my production schedule this year and I'm going to attend AFM. I have new project I'm bringing with me as I seek funding. Any tips on the best way to meet and work with potential financiers?

Have your cast and director in place so the financiers can project numbers based on those attachments.

My last trip toAFM in 2007.
The tip I would give that worked for me was this, I had bright yellow business cards printed up and every morning and afternoon I would hit every office and booth handing out cards. One morning getting on the shuttle at AFM, one lady from Italy said to me, “ I know you ! You handed a ugly yellow card! “ She snatched out the card from her purse. I would leave cards everywhere I went to AFM with 2000 cards and left everyone of those ugly yellow cards. By the way I had an offer from Showtime for Lost Warrior. But I turned them down due to them wanting to replace the 2 lead Characters which were Cherokee with white actors.
