What is the camera of choice for your projects. And does it change because of size of production?

I've fallen in love with the Ursa Mini.

I'd love to use chemical technology, but who's got the cash for that? The Panasonic DVX100, a standard def camera with a built in lens, was used to shoot "28 DAYS LATER" -- but HD means better green screen, color correction, etc. because there's more data per pixel. What camera is best for my story? The best I can afford.
