Finding Stories from Untapped History

Not gonna lie, I'm still surprised when I discover new things about the Renaissance period (as if I were some sort of expert - HA! That's a gas). To that end, I have _never_ heard of Catherine de Medici of France. I'm so excited for this series, though! Not surprised that Starz is the one moving forward with it, of course ;-)

What stories from history are untapped that you'd like to see?

I love uncovering little-known pockets of forgotten history, and shining a light on them. The world is so interesting, not only from the point of view of world leaders, but of the everyday citizens. I'd love to tackle the early pioneers of cinema, the dusty trails of California, and so many more!

Agreed, James - and what a cool part of history to focus on! If people think filmmakers are crazy now, I wonder what they were considered back then! LOL!

James Welday

Haha, very true! There was a devil-may-care attitude to some of those pioneers.
