Hey folks! We were very fortunate to have the great Director/Writer Alex Cox on the show this week. We talk about his latest project, Tombstone Rashomon, and discuss filmmaking. He was an absolute pleasure to talk with, and listening to him is a great experience. You can find episodes in the link below:
bit.ly/2ULw39x or your favorite podcast platform
We also have episodes where we chat with:
Anton Doiron, writer/director of Space Trucker Bruce, and Karl Sears, who plays Bruce
Hilton Ariel Ruiz, writer/director of Zombie with a Shotgun
Failureboys Productions, the guys behind Attack of the Tattie-Bogle
Kyle Hester, actor and producer, Zombie with A Shotgun, The Chair, and more
Lowell Dean, writer/director of WolfCop, Another WolfCop, SuperGrid, and more
And coming in a couple of weeks, Eric Schumacher, director/actor/producer
These were all great people, and very generous with their time and sharing their perspectives on filmmaking. Not a bad way to burn up some time while in lockdown. Plus, it wouldn't hurt to catch their work, which will help support Indie filmmaking.

I saw Tombstone Roshomon with Alex Cox in Tucson. It was a great amount of fun and the movie was truly Alex Cox. Some great effects and a most interesting concept. Because of my buds in the film, such as Eric mentioned above (who played Doc Holliday in this film quite handily) I ordered the DVD from Amazon. Fun low budget feature film!
We were contacted by Tricoast to watch a screener. We loved it. So much we did an episode on it before talking to Alex. Talking to Alex was such fun, he is so friendly and genuine. We can’t wait to air our chat with Eric as that was also great fun. We ordered the DVD and received it last Sunday and watched it right away. It’s even better without the watermark. It was also great fun to see someone tackle the Tombstone legend again.
