Australian film funding advice

Hi everyone, I am still in the process of developing a strong script for a feature film but in the mean time I am also preparing myself for the huge workload and stress of finding funding to make the film. So in light of that I am asking for some feedback from Investors and also trying to network with people who understand the Australian system as it seems to be very different to other countries in some ways. 1. Investors do you prefer to see a trailer or a look book in your Investor package? 2. Are there any Australian (Melbourne) Line Producers/Executive Producers on this platform? 3. Investors, what are you looking for in an Investor package for you to make an informed decision on a film?

Investors who are concerned about ROI typically consider the track record and marketability of the key cast and the director, as well as the movie's genre marketability.

Absolute Rule - I'll only look at a project if there is a completed script. Trailers are good as is a look book, but the script totally outweighs them.
