I have a feature length psychological thriller wrapping up post production. We are selling the remaining available shares in our business entity to raise the capital necessary for finishing costs (Lab fees, Q.C reports, etc.) attorney's fees, market & distribution costs.
We have 14 shares remaining available @ $5K a piece. A $60K investment gives you Exec. Producer status on the film. A $30K investment gives you Co-Exec. Producer credit. A $5K investment gives you associate producer credit.
We anticipate being ready for distribution by mid-Fall, and our movie will be at AFM.
120% ROI paid out pari passu, pro rata from producer's net profits. Once ROI is paid out in full, there is a 60/40 split between the production company and investors.
