Hey Stage32ers!
Is any of you guys thinking about raising production funds via equity crowdfunding/Reg CF? "Equity" CF is NOT regular CF like Indiegogo or Kickstarter. It's a micro public offering and it gets quite cumbersome.

Launching ECF is like a maze dealing with securities offering and SEC protocols. It almost made me want to give up because it got so complicated and so far away from what you want to do; shooting a movie! I have seen some people wing through an SEC filing process but if not careful the consequence can be very risky.
It really sucks not knowing where to start and no one around you seems to have any idea either. Mind you, I'm no legal expert but I want to be your ally if you feel lost in the maze of it.
