You can use IMDBPRO to list production companies by city https://pro.imdb.com/companies?ref_=hm_nv_co_pr#companyType=production&companyLocation=dallas&sort=ranking&pos=125
You might find that useful, because you can click the producer names in each listing to get their contact informaiton which will usually include their email address. It's handy to be able to see their credits as you start looking for reputable people to work with.
