U.K. Funding?

Hey, Stage 32 finance peeps! It was brought to my attention that the normal funds available to filmmakers in the U.K. (350mil pounds) has been slashed as part of Brexit (down to 7mil pounds). To add to this, I've seen a sudden influx of U.K. professionals on Stage 32 ('ALO!) and then this little gem on Variety today about the business that Channel brings to the U.K. (link at bottom).

What have you heard about it? Have you experienced any shortcomings due to lack of U.K. funds?

Let's keep tabs on this thread to see what comes of it, yah?

Morris Stuttard feeling the same way. That is a massive hit to the market. Would be very discouraging to filmmakers. Because investors would run for the hills if Brexit passes on helping others.

I'm curious to see if there are any developments on this front?
