Hi Everyone,
My name is Kerry Kennard and am a musician first, (Drums/hand percussion) and interested in writing for film projects. I've written a few for HitLicense, which are now at SoundCloud.
I played percussion with Holland America Line cruise ship line for three (3) years, learning their business, and part of main shows, 1 hr rehearsals before shows. Did have a few nights subbing for Jazz trio - see website.
Experience with music theatre in Ohio and Nashville, TN.
Before going to school(s), I played on the road for a year doing JH/HS pop rock music for the kids.
Did occasional Convention shows during the year. Houston Rodeo was a nice highlight - one week doing music and ... nice to stay in one hotel.
I finally have my computer 'back', as the audio interface was not syncing from a few files I deleted.
after reinstalling the OS (OS X), I'm still updating and installing needed software - since the blasted backup didn't backup the applications.
Logic Pro X is now on (use to be 9 pro - ok small learning curve to X :~), Sibelius 7.5 and Steinberg Dorico 1.2 are all 'Operational' - think Star Wars - lol.

Alright, nice to meet some of you already. You are very encouraging and appreciate the Stage32 Network for its many facets within the film/music industry.
Hope to network and work some people for Feature films - hey, have to reach for the stars, I've always been told. :~)
I'm ok with Docs, and small projects - been in the music bus /industry to know it small steps most of the time.
