Introduce Yourself : Comedy writer and actor by Brandon Lawrence

Hello everyone! My name is Brandon Lawrence and I'm thrilled to have joined Stage32. I've written for and acted in various short films, as well as serving as second assistant camera for Rochester Filmmakers Community and Avai.Media, while living in Rochester, Minnesota. The big thing I'm struggling with now is really nailing down the sound fundamentals of screenwriting, sketch writing, and, just in case it ever comes up, sitcom writing. I've written some good stuff for short films and sketches, but I need a stronger skillset when it comes to comedy writing for recorded media. Acting in comedy is also something I've done and also want to improve upon, but right now I'm focusing on writing. I hope to take a class/classes and get that in my toolkit.
