Introduce Yourself : Happy First Day of Spring by Lyle Shelley

Hello, all! I am no fan of the weather here in my native Ohio and am very excited for the end of winter. I've been a Stage 32 member for a few months now and so this is my second time introducing myself, but I'm a writer and actor with the desire to direct eventually. I'm currently writing my first thriller feature on spec (in the past I've written only comedy) as well as preparing to create comedic shorts for YouTube with a few other collaborators for a channel to launch in the fall/winter this year. To give you an idea of the level I currently work at, I have no representation and participate mostly in low-budget projects, but am gaining what experience I can in any way possible. I'd love to connect with anyone who has joined Stage 32, at any level in their career because for beginners it's a step toward actively pursuing those creative impulses, and because there is so much to learn from the professionals willing to share their experience on here.
