I dropped out of screenwriting about 20 years ago to raise some kids, but they seem mostly functional now (not a guaranty, warranty or prediction; your mileage may vary), so I've got time to crank out scripts again. After so long an absence, I'm really impressed by the online communities that have grown up around creative folks helping each other as they do here and I'm eager to do my part. Anyway, glad to join the group :-)

Reading your blurb about your rotten luck with this industry in the past has me even more impressed that you're readying for a second round at it. That glass-half-full outlook is pretty admirable, I must say.
