Introduction from a Cinematographer who is a sculptress

Hi everyone!

I'm Leya and first off I'd like to wish everyone happy holidays.

I am a cinematographer from Slovenia and originally I am a sculptress but since I had always loved the world of cinema when I still worked in the makeup department but wanted to be more creatively involved. So a couple of years ago I decided to make this happen when I started working together with my partner who also wanted to get into the world of cinema.

So slowly we started working on small project of dance videos at first and then progressed into music videos and promotional videos and this year finally progressed into the world of film when we shot our first 20 minute short film.

You could say that I've always loved creating beautiful visuals either sculpting or in photography when I was still in art school but when I finally picked up a camera I realized that I had always wanted to play around with moving images and showing a story trough moving pictures.

Well here's a reel of some of the stuff that I have done over the years.
