Hi everyone,
I am a children's author from Western Australia.
I have been writing for so long, I could say some of you were not even born, when I started to write my first children's book. I now have a publisher in America Crimson Cloak and my fantasy book series Mary Sumeridge book 1, is now out and the second book will be out later on this year and the third next year.
I do hope one day that someone will help me put it into a series of three films. I have over the years seen and read a lot of great stories of people making it through Stage 32 and I realty hope there is someone out there just waiting to met me and my little fantasy friends.
First let me tell you a little about myself. I have won an awards for my work with children while working for the WA Fire Service. I can say that I was one of the first 3 woman in uniform for the Fire Service in the state of Western Australia.
I have written a children's column in a newspaper for two years and wrote many children's books. I also wrote after working closely with the children's hospital in Western Australia a program which is used around the world today. The Juvenile Fire Arson program.
I write, paint and draw as well as give my poor husband a headache. I have two beautiful children who, have given me three wonderful grandchildren. I have passed a disability subject at University and can't spell my way out of a paper bag.
I have worked with children in different jobs and become an Education Officer while in my working career before retiring to a country cherry farm. Remarried a wonderful farmer and are now fighting Cancer.
They told me I have the type of Cancer which can not be cured and so I have to have treatment when it pops back into my life every few years. I am from a family of nine children and had a very happy childhood. Both my parents and three brothers and one sister have all passed away.

Maybe if we all have a little fantasy in our life's, like the children love it, we might all be a little happier when things don't go like we want them too. So please take a walk down your imagination and put a smile on your face, for the world would be a much happier place if we all used our imagination.
