Re-Introducing myself

Hi, my name is Tia. I'm a director, screenwriter and VFX artist. I'm based in New Carrollton, MD (just north of DC). I've been making and producing short films since 2012, some of which have made it into some film festivals (no major ones yet but maybe one day) and also won a few awards. My preferred genre's are sci-fi, martial-arts, action and fantasy. Basically I want to write and direct and I hope I get a chance to have my own summer blockbuster...and have a panel at San Diego Comic Con one day :-). I have my own small production company (Black Rose Dagger Films) I'm hoping to grow. My most recent short film is a Shaw Brothers grindhouse style martial arts film called "Age of the Warrior". I'm currently in development on my first feature film, an action/thriller that I'm also writing called "Syn". I'll be moving into pre-production soon then into full production in 2018. I'm also an editor, actor and former stage-combat performer.
