Trying to bring something new

Hi all, my name is Joe. Glad to be here. I am (weirdly enough) both a screenwriter and a software developer, which ultimately led me to create Scriptango. I'll try to post interesting ideas, facts and thoughts about the fascinating relation between screenwriting and software text analysis. Hope you join me for the ride... Joe.

That's not weird. I'm both a screenwriter and a telemarketer. How's that for weird?

Joe Koresh

I guess you have a point, Steven... You are definitely weirder than me :)

Steven Harris Anzelowitz

Weird is fun. Weird is good. Weird helps pay the rent. Not like a software developer or a telemarketer. Yeech!! Vomit bag please! Aisle 12! THANK YOU!!

Joe Koresh

Ha! That's very true. Fortunately, I found a way to combine screenwriting and software. Hard to imagine that happening with telemarketing...

Wasn't too long ago men wrote in the sand, stone, slate, and papers; gone past quill, ink, and indelible pencils.

Sight and hearing are the two senses written in scripts.
Tempo could well be on the way to being an effective tool for emoting sense of feeling for the script reader.

I use speech to read my spec, and I hate the monotonous voice. It drives me crazy.

When Joe Koresh's Tempo comes out, I'll try it.

Joe Koresh- Not hard to imagine that happening with telemarketing. Already did. First of all it was done with "Boiler Room" with Giovanni Rieblisi. And I wrote a script call "Carnegie Call" Spent (15) years working in the Carnegie Hall fund raising /subscriptions department and wrote a screenplay about it. It is (5) people (1) Ballerina, (2) Pianist/Composer, (3) Actor, (4)Opera Singer (5)Screenwriter(moi) about them working there to pay for food and rent till they get there big break it is my 11th script. Have written (27) to date. But only (3) are copyrighted and in development with my (55) member cast & crew, and posted on my Log Line page. (If you want to take a read). So hard to imagine a screenwriter/telemarketer? Nah! Right here!!! Later! Starting to rain I am getting out of Starbucks and heading home.

Fleurette M Van Gulden- Women wrote in the sand too! Thank you!

Steven Harris Anzelowitz, it's time I emasculate the man, mankind, and men from my vocabulary.
