...with a screenplay called Quantum Theory, which is a low-budget, female-driven sci-fi heist movie I've been developing to for as long as I've been a part of this community. If you know me, you know that I've championed this project though brain injury, through homelessness, through the pandemic, and just this week I've made my peace with the idea that I've done what I can to get this film made the way I'd planned to. My focus is shifting to the development of intellectual property, and I'm putting Quantum Theory in the hands of someone who can move forward with the project in their own way.
I'm asking you to please help me spread the word, and find that person. Here's the longline: Two women of science build a device with the power to alter reality itself... and a sinister defense contractor steals the prototype!
Between my own work and the scripts I've ghostwritten as a script doctor, I've got well over 50 screenplays under my belt. My background in showbusiness includes directing, editing, design, and over a decade of executive work in development. My plan for this script has always included helping friends and colleagues to develop their careers, and I will not be asking for WGA rates on this project.
