Good Story Resources

Hi everyone. I'm still a novel & short-story writer at this point, and always looking for good resources to craft meaningful stories. I stumbled across one today I wanted to share.

I am working on my second novel in a series...a suspense/thriller...and my goal is to be as authentic as possible to avoid too many "duh" comments from those who live in that world. I spent about three hours wandering around here today...and found a few pieces of gold.

I'd love to hear about any resources you have found worthwhile...

CIA library is a good source. Don't mess up too much with a KGB library, though. Don't get too deep. We still want to see you smiling face and read your stories. Happy New Year! Good job.

I have been trying to find some resources myself for a upcoming story. I am currently writing a novelette on the witch trials in Scotland. However I haven't been able to find much to go on so far. Maybe I am just looking in the wrong places.
